Communication is so important. Especially if we need to make a better teamwork at a work environment. If you are just coming to work for the money, then your mindset is totally off and you’re not fit for this work.
Only if we all communicate appropriately and effectively by adding more details, it would make our lives so much easier at work.
Miscommunication just leads to chaos and disaster and it will end up just pissing everyone off. Communication is like a management. That’s why it’s so very important. Don’t expect people to know what you want or need. If you don’t say it then no fucking wonder things didn’t go well as you planned it in your own head. You didn’t deliver your thought process to people.
And if you are taking care of your own shit, then don’t get into other people’s own work. You are just fucking it up even more.
And it’s not just one person at fault. It’s everyone’s because of everyone’s miscommunication.
